Management Profile
Brad Stanbrough
President

Brad is a third generation home builder.  He represents a standard of performance and quality that has been developed through three decades of superior service and attention to detail.  He is all that the Stanbrough name stands for; honesty, integrity, and family.

Brad developed his skills by watching and working with some of the most experienced in the business; his father and grandfather.  He’s helped bring some of Central Iowa’s newest and most prestigious developments to fruition; Augustine, Rosewood, and Painted Woods I, II, and III.  His experience spans all aspects of developing property and buildings, both residential as well as commercial.  From acquiring land, planning the development, designing the structures to supervising the construction process, Brad has done it all.  “Building is in my blood, it’s a family legacy and a natural passion.  It’s all I’ve ever known, I’ll never stop researching and learning about construction,” says Brad.  The resources and expertise available to him are extensive and unrivaled in the market.

Brad’s knowledge of development and construction allows him to be a very effective and efficient home builder.  It’s not uncommon for Brad to work 14 hour days, “I love what I do, and when those creative juices start flowing, I don’t want to stop.”
