Sally and I want to send a formal “Thank You” letter to you for your dedication and hard work throughout the building process of our new home.  Your commitment to working through all of the details and making sure that we have been satisfied along the way has been greatly appreciated.

As we prepare for closing, Ann and I just want to tell you that we think this has been a very enjoyable process that we actually entered with much trepidation because of hearing so many unfortunate stories from others.  Unfortunately, they did not have the opportunity to work with Stanbrough Home Builders.

Throughout the process we were always confident that you would do what was "right."  You responded to our concerns in a timely manner; you worked diligently on our behalf to get us fair bids from the subcontractors; your assistants and associates were always courteous and professional.  A special thanks to John for sharing his experience, and paying attention to the details.

We are excited about being able to provide our family a beautiful home where they can feel safe and comfortable  -- a great foundation for all of their childhood memories.

We will not hesitate to share our positive experience with others and let them know not only did we close on time, but the project was actually completed a week before originally promised (remember it was 12/15/07 initially.)
